If you would like to cancel your sponsorship, please contact CAII at 520-327-7574 or simoneh@commonwealthadoption.org. We will not provide a refund for any credit card payment that has been processed. We require 30 days notice to cancel any sponsorship. Users making donations by debit or credit card hereby agree and assure Commonweatlh Adoptions International, Inc. that: -all charge card or credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete; -the person making the donation is duly authorized to use the charge card or credit card for that purpose; and the donation and the fees will be honored by the donor's credit card company. -If you discover that a donation has been made on this website site using your debit card or credit card fraudulently, CAII is required to refund the money they receive provided that: (a) you inform your credit card or charge card company and CAII of the unauthorized payment as soon as you discover it; and (b) you co-operate with your credit card company and CAII and, if necessary, the police in relation to the unauthorised use. -All donations made via the Website are final unless fraudulent use of the card is proven in accordance with clause. You agree that: there will be sufficient funds in the nominated account or credit card to cover the amount of the Contribution on the Debit Date; you will advise CAII if the nominated account or credit card is transferred or closed; and you will refund to CAII any bank fees we have incurred because a Direct Debit or debit to your credit card account failed because of your failure to advise us of any changes. You agree that CAII may add such fees to the amount of your next Contribution. No deductions are made from the donations or payments for administration.
